We recently expanded our class offering to include Vinyasa Flow + Sculpt!  This class combines a vinyasa style flow with low impact weight training and bursts of cardio.  Unlike other Yoga Sculpt classes, this class is deeply rooted in yoga.  We flow though about 25 minutes of vinyasa style yoga followed by 20 minutes of yoga with weights and cardio.  We end with 15 minutes of restorative stretching and a savasana under the palms. 

We provide 2, 3 and 4 pound hand weights.  The weights are optional and we encourage students that are new to this format to choose 2 pound weights or no weights.  

This class is currently scheduled for Monday and Friday at 8:30am
