Casey grew up in a close knit community in New England. She was involved in athletics growing up, and fell in love with human movement. She went to a yoga class with her mom in high school seeking another physical challenge, however also found herself feeling deeply connected to the spiritual, mental, and emotional aspects of the yoga practice, and has been consistently practicing yoga since.

Casey graduated from The University of New England with her Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree in 2020, and now practices as a home health physical therapist, traveling to treat patients on island who are unable to leave their homes. She finds it empowering to help others find ways to continue to do the things that they love, despite any barriers they are facing. When she is not treating patients or practicing yoga, Casey likes to surf, ski, hike, rock climb, read, go backpacking, and spend time with her friends and family.

In Casey’s classes, she aims to create a safe and welcoming space, where student can explore their bodies and minds freely and authentically.
