Born and raised in Melbourne Australia, yoga has been an important practice for Cindy to find grounding, balance and inspiration.

After living and working in different cities around the world, including the hustle bustle mega cities like Beijing and Shanghai, Cindy has found her practice of yoga, pranayama and meditation to be her gateway to connect with her heart and home.

In her classes, Cindy guides practitioners through a centering practice, that weaves together intentional sequencing, thoughtful cues and a meditative space where yogis are invited to step into their own experience.

Outside of the studio you can find Cindy at the beach kitesurfing, surfing, playing beach volleyball; or in the kitchen cooking family style meals for her next gathering.
