Bio

Emma grew up in Chicago and North Carolina, but has lived in Belgium, Australia, Japan, and now beautiful O’ahu.

Emma believes that anything is possible, and aims to create a space in which her students can explore the “anything.” Whether it’s physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual, Emma encourages her students to experience it all without judgment or attachment.

When she isn’t on her mat, Emma works remotely for an intercultural consulting company and as a freelance blogger. You can also usually find her laying on a beach somewhere.
