Hey All! I am Nicole. Yoga has been a HUGE part of my life for the last 10 years. Regardless of where you are in your practice, I will lead you through a strong, grounding flow ultimately bringing the mind to the present moment and allowing for a pause from the day to day. In class, expect to move your body, breathe, release tension, lengthen, but overall discover just how good our bodies are designed to feel! My practice has evolved into a lifelong learning process of self-discovery that has enabled tremendous growth in my life on and off the mat that I love sharing with others.
