In Person 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training at Yoga Under the Palms Kailua
Yoga Under the Palms 200 Hour Teacher Training begins this October! This is an in-person teacher training led by Travis Kaeo.
In this training you will step into the role of the teacher and learn how to safely and effectively lead a vinyasa yoga class. You will earn a certificate indicating the completion of a 200-hour training program in yoga which will allow you to share your practice with others.
If you are interested in becoming a yoga teacher, diving deeper into your own personal practice or are curious about what this training has to offer, reach out to us via email to firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com. We can then setup a discovery meeting/call where we can give you an in depth overview of what this training has to offer.
Meet the Lead Teacher
Born and raised in Kailua, Travis learned the importance of community from an early age. Following a collegiate athletic career and a few injuries, Travis turned to yoga for physical healing. What he found, however, was a modality of complete well-being that transcended mere physical health. He found himself and was able to embrace the inherent perfection within. As a firm believer in giving back, paying it forward and all paths towards collective betterment, Travis’ purpose became to share this practice with his community. As an instructor, he aims to hold space, guide students through a wholesome sequence, but ultimately, let the practice do the teaching.
This is a 12 week training that will be held in person on the following days:
•Wednesday and Friday: 6-9pm
•Every other Sunday 1-6pm
We will not hold training during the week of Thanksgiving (11/22-11/30) or the last two weeks of December (12/20-1/4)
Ideally students will be present for each training session, but we are prepared to accommodate the occasional absence. Let us know of any planned travel so we can collectively set a plan for your absence.
