Rooted in tradition, Yoga Under The Palms offers an in-depth 200-Hour, Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher Training that is steeped in knowledge of asana (postures), pranayama (breathwork), and dhyana (meditation). In order to understand the inner workings of yoga, we focus on the history, philosophy, and intention of the practice. Whether you are looking to enhance your own understanding of yoga or aspire to one day hold the seat of a teacher, this training will offer you a journey of personal discovery. We believe there is a teacher in everyone simply waiting to be brought to the surface. Our promise during this training is to initiate the self-discovery process and get out of the way.
This is a 12 week, in-person training led by Travis Kā’eo at our beautiful new Yoga Under The Palms Kaimuki location.
