In this training you will step into the role of the teacher and learn how to safely, effectively, and intelligently lead a vinyasa yoga class. You will earn a certificate indicating the completion of a 200-hour training program in yoga which will allow you to share your teachings with others.

Meet Our Lead Instructor
This training is lead by Emma Salam ( @emmasalam ):

Emma first started teaching while working as a full-time Mechanical Engineer, but has now transitioned to teaching Yoga full-time. She enjoys offering all formats, from Prāṇāyāma (The Air) to the Sculpt. She enjoys weaving the needs of community and modern lifestyle with traditional Yoga philosophy and techniques. Emma is a Lead Trainer for Yoga Under the Palms’ 200 hour Teacher Training and Sculpt Training. While Emma enjoys playful movement and creative sequencing, her passion is in Yoga philosophy, history of Yoga, and reconnecting to the roots of Yoga.
This training will be supported by our co-leads, Heather Holm (Kaimukī), Summer Rothwell (Kaimukī) and other Yoga Under the Palms teachers!
