Cultivate the teacher within
We have two Yoga Under The Palms 200-Hour Teacher Trainings simultaneously beginning this October at both of our locations, Kailua and Kaimukī!
In this training you will step into the role of the teacher and learn how to safely, effectively, and intelligently lead a vinyasa yoga class. You will earn a certificate indicating the completion of a 200-hour training program in yoga which will allow you to share your teachings with others.

Schedule
Upcoming training schedule to be announced soon. Mahalo.
If you are interested in becoming a yoga teacher, diving deeper into your own personal practice or are curious about what this training has to offer, send us an email aloha@yogaunderthepalms.com or DM and we can set up a time to meet in person or by phone call.
Payment plans and BIPOC community scholarships are available.
Meet Our Lead Instructor
This training is lead by Travis Kā’eo ( @traviskaeo ):

As a kanaka ‘ōiwi from Kailua, Travis learned the importance of community from an early age. Following a collegiate athletic career and a few injuries, Travis turned to yoga to find healing. Instead he found his inherent perfection within. As a firm believer in giving back, paying it forward and all paths towards collective betterment, Travis’ purpose became to share this practice with his community. This is his seventh training.
This training will be supported by our co-leads Emma Salam (Kailua), Heather Holm (Kaimukī), Summer Rothwell (Kaimukī) and other Yoga Under the Palms teachers!
