Our 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training is a transformative journey that blends traditional yogic wisdom with modern teaching methodology, giving you the tools to confidently teach, practice, and embody yoga.
Through an exploration of yoga history, philosophy, anatomy, asana, pranayama, meditation, and ethics, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of the practice both on and off the mat. The program also examines important contemporary topics including cultural appropriation, inclusivity, positionality in Hawaiʻi, and the business of yoga, preparing you to teach with integrity, awareness, and authenticity.
Whether your goal is to become a yoga teacher or deepen your personal practice, this training offers a transformative journey into the heart of yoga. While the days are rich with content and hands on experiential learning, there are scheduled breaks throughout the program to provide time to rest, reflect, integrate new knowledge, and absorb the teachings before moving on to the next topic.
You will earn a certificate indicating the completion of a 200-hour training program in yoga which will allow you to share your teachings with others.
