Are you hiring?
We love meeting people that are as a passionate about yoga as we are! We prefer to hire yoga teachers that have completed our teacher training. When hiring yoga teachers that are already certified, we look for teachers that are already within our community and practice with us on a regular basis. If you are interested in teaching at Yoga Under the Palms, join us as a student first.
What classes are best for beginners?
Feel Good Flow and The Foundation are great for beginners. Both classes involve beginner friendly poses and movements. The Earth is also suitable for beginners that would like to slow down and relax.
I am pregnant, can I still attend class?
Yes, as long as your doctor has given you the approval to do yoga. If you are pregnant and new to yoga, it’s best to start with a gentle class like Feel Good Flow.
I am injured, can I still attend class?
Unless your doctor has approved a yoga practice, we advise that you do not attend class if you are currently injured.
