Welcome to Yoga Under the Palms! Here is some helpful information to help you plan your first class with us.

Class Registration:
Please create your account on line HERE Before coming to class.

Pre-registration is not required but recommended for Aerial Yoga Classes, Ride, Flow & Plunge and The Earth (Restorative Yoga) due to limited space. For all other classes, you are welcome to sign in at the front desk. If you are waitlisted for a class, monitor your email for updates. If a spot opens, we will send you an email where you can confirm your spot.

What to bring:
Yoga mat (or rent one for $2), water bottle (you can fill it in studio), comfortable clothing that you can move in. Aerial classes require long sleeves and pants. Ride Classes require socks and SPD/Delta clips (or rent for $2).

Class Check In:
Check in for class begins 10-15 minutes before class starts. If you arrive before then, our door may be locked because the previous class is in session. Our front door locks at the start of class and we are unable to interrupt class to let you in if you arrive late. Students that arrive after the class start time may be charged for the class and the no-show fee.

Cancellation Policy:
If you pre-register, please be aware of the following cancellation charges:

  • Yoga / Mat classes:
    • Early Cancel: No charge for canceling your class registration more than 2 hours before the start of class.
    • Late Cancel: $15 if canceling within 2 hours of the start of class.
    • No Show: $20 if you do not cancel and do not show up for class.
  • Ride, Aerial and Specialty classes
    • Early Cancel: No charge for canceling your class registration more than 12 hours before the start of class.
    • Late Cancel: $15 if canceling within 12 hours of the start of class
    • No Show: $20 if you do not cancel and do not show up for class.
  • Events and Workshops:
    • Early Cancel: No charge for canceling your class registration more than 12 hours before the start of class.
    • Late Cancel: Loss of credit, no refunds
    • No Show: Loss of credit, no refunds

How to cancel your class registration:
All class cancellations must be done online via My Account or through the Yoga Under the Palms App, where it is easy to sign up and cancel classes. We do not accept class cancellations over the phone.
