Details

In this workshop you will learn the proper alignment and preparation needed to master inversions and arm balances. Class will include headstand, handstand, forearm balance and a series of additional arm balances that are often included in more challenging yoga classes. Class will start with a warm up, and then we will workshop each posture. Modifications and tips will be given to make the postures accessible for your body. You will walk away with handouts,
individualized tips and the confidence needed to work your way up to whatever inversion is on your bucket list.
