Yoga Under the Palms is excited to offer our fourth Aerial Yoga Teacher Training, open to everyone—whether you’re a seasoned yoga teacher or completely new to teaching.

This training is led by our Lead Aerial Trainer, Sarena Celseti, an E-RYT 200 and Aerial Yoga–Certified teacher. Sarena has over eight years of aerial teaching experience and has guided more than 1,500 aerial yoga classes, bringing both depth and experience to her trainings.

One of the most common questions we hear is:
“Do I need my 200-hour yoga certification to take aerial training?”

The answer is no.
Aerial yoga is its own discipline, separate from traditional mat-based asana. In this training, you’ll learn an entirely new teaching methodology and gain the skills to confidently lead multiple aerial formats, including:

  • Aerial
  • Restorative Aerial
  • Special Needs Aerial

This training is thoughtfully designed for first-time teachers as well as experienced yoga instructors looking to expand their offerings.

Wednesday: 6:00 – 9:00 PM
Sundays: 2 PM-8 PM
