Yoga & Contrast Therapy (MTNTOP Recovery)

Saturday, April 5 at 2:30pm

We are teaming up with MTNTOP Recovery for an afternoon of yoga and contrast therapy. This experience will be held at MTNTOP Recovery located at Kapa’a Quarry Industrial Park in Kailua. We will begin with an intermediate vinyasa flow, then will alternate contrast therapy between Cold Exposure (cold plunge) and Heat Therapy (Sauna). Cold Exposure: Activates your body’s natural resilience by boosting metabolism, stimulating brown fat, and releasing mood-enhancing hormones like dopamine. It strengthens your mental focus and helps manage stress. Heat Therapy: Sauna and heat exposure improve circulation, promote detoxification, and support heart health. It’s also deeply relaxing, helping your body recover and reset. Combined with a yoga practice, these elements build resilience, balance your energy, and optimize your overall well-being. What to bring: Yoga Mat Water bottle Change of clothes Bathing suit Towel NOTE: Yoga Under the Palms is changing booking software to Mariana Tek on 4/1.
