A restorative practice, this is yoga for a new moon, inward reflection and rest, a heartbreak/healing, and/or for honoring your luteal and menstrual cycle.

We will connect about how we can better support ourselves in times of depletion/sensitivity/recovery, set a commitment to ourselves to become our own nurturers, followed by an hour long restorative series to soothe your lower back, your center or womb, and your nervous system, with candles & gentle instrumental healing music.
