Details

This 50 hour training is designed for yoga teachers who have already been teaching and are ready to lean into creativity, expand their skill set, and explore new ways of teaching vinyasa-based classes. Rather than focusing on foundational teaching skills, this program supports teachers in moving beyond basic sequencing patterns and developing a more dynamic, creative teaching style.

The training is intentionally spaced out over several weeks to give teachers time to apply new concepts directly to their real-world teaching. Through mentorship, hands-on practice, and personalized feedback, teachers will learn how to create intentional, engaging sequences that adapt to different themes, energies, and class formats. The training explores creative approaches such as mandala and lunar sequencing, intelligent transitions, incorporating non-traditional movement, and confidently teaching a variety of class styles. All material is grounded in Yoga Under the Palms class formats, empowering teachers to refine their voice while offering students diverse, inspired experiences on the mat.
