Chloe’s love for yoga developed many years ago after attending a class that awakened her soul. What started out as a physical practice to get her mind off things during a challenging time in her life, became an illumination that opened the doors to a new perspective in her mind, body and spirit. Yoga has become a way of life for her; not just a workout but a way to reflect and seek to be the best version of herself.
From playing sports and dancing hula at a young age, to running marathons and hiking during her free time, Chloe’s love for movement and connection with her body has been a constant in her life. She is grateful for her strength and agility to express herself through yoga.
As an instructor, Chloe aims to hold space for those to appreciate and become aware of their mind/body connection. Her passion is to guide her students in their journey to ignite the illumination within themselves, on and off the mat.
