About Dylan Walker
Dylan is a Seattle native but a free spirit at heart. Yoga came into her life when it was most needed, her practice aided in her journey of reconnecting to her body and nourished her interest in learning about holistic well-being and the medicine of movement.
While in university and living in Indonesia, Dylan dedicated her time to studying both the wisdom of Eastern and Western healing modalities, this led her to find a passion for Restorative and Yin Yoga. She believes in a balanced mindfulness approach to wellness and that there is immense strength in embracing softness on and off the mat. Through her teaching, she aims to create a safe-loving space that facilitates others to be their best teacher, foster self-compassion, and just feel good!
