About Kelsi Nichols
Kelsi (she/they) was first introduced to yoga in high school and has practiced on and off for 13 years, always returning to yoga as a grounding experience. To deepen her practice, she recently completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Yoga Under the Palms. Kelsi teaches with a strong emphasis on the transitions between poses, bringing intention and focus to every movement, hoping to bring a grounding mind-body connection to her students. Outside of yoga, Kelsi is a photographer, sailor, and avid environmentalist.
