About Morgen Crossland
Years ago, Morgen began practicing yoga to help find balance, increase flexibility, and learn techniques for meditation. As time passed, she became enamored by all there was to learn and quickly found the healing benefits extended beyond just the physical. After many years of practice and moving to Honolulu, she embarked on her teaching journey to help others discover the healing benefits of yoga.
As a Vinyasa instructor, her mission is to provide a space for students to create a personal relationship with yoga and themselves since yoga has the capacity to connect the body, mind, and spirit.
