About Natalie Cruz
I am an educator & lifelong learner. My 20+ year yoga practice has seen me through ups and downs, and is a continual source of stability and inspiration. I have been teaching yoga for 14 years and am an Ayurvedic Wellness Counselor. In class you can expect clear instructions, intentional sequencing, pranayama, philosophy, mantra and more in a supportive and nurturing environment. I am delighted to share what I have been taught through years of study and practice, in the hopes that it will be of benefit to you and your community.
When not on my mat, you can find me on the beach or in the ocean with my family, running with my dogs, teaching Spanish to High Schoolers, gardening and eating all the fruits and veggies I can find, or gazing at stars, all while trying to remember to breath deeply and take in the moment.
