About Sammy Eaddy
Sammy found Yoga Sculpt as a cardio intensive and muscle building workout that allowed him to find his mind body connection. Since moving from California to O’ahu he commissioned as a part-time Army Officer in the Hawaii National Guard in July of this past year. He decided he wanted to become more immersed in his own Yoga Sculpt journey and got his 50 hour teacher certification through Corepower Yoga.
As an instructor his mission is to create an inclusive space where all people can find their own physical and mental strength through full body sculpting. Come join his class to utilize that strength training breath!
