I found yoga when I was 16, and it’s been holding me together ever since. I love creating classes that melt together science - backed techniques, creative movement, and a deep love for music. My background is in health science and research, and I structure my classes to regulate your nervous system, build physical resilience , and leave you with a deeper understanding of your mind, body, and soul.
