Natasha loves anything that is good for health or eco friendly! As a health nut, she has progressively incorporated yoga in her daily life since 2018, followed by a switch to a veganism and studies in sustainability. Yoga has allowed her to go through harder times of life. It has been a a tool to anchor herself. She couldn’t imagine living well without it, and wish for everyone to experience the benefits of this practice.

Yoga has allowed her to listen and connect truly to her body, to love herself and others, to expand beyond what she thought was possible. She is so happy and grateful to be teaching yoga, as she feels it heals others but also herself.
