Cultivate the teacher within
In this training you will step into the role of the teacher and learn how to safely, effectively, and intelligently lead a vinyasa yoga class. You will earn a certificate indicating the completion of a 200-hour training program in yoga which will allow you to share your teachings with others.
Schedule
This training will be hosted at Yoga Under the Palms Kaka’ako. The training begins on Saturday, July 13 2024 and ends on October 20, 2024.
Saturday: 1PM – 6PM (select Saturdays 12PM – 6PM)
Sunday 7/14 and 10/13: 1PM – 6PM
Monday: 6PM – 9PM
Wednesday: 6PM – 9PM
Graduation: 10/20 2pm-8pm
Note: Our “week” technically starts on Saturday where we can cover more content in a longer session format and use the outside studio space for practice teaching. Much of the weekdays will be spent in lectures in the training room.
