The large array of fully plant based starters, salads, ramen, nimono (braised small plates), agemono (tempura and fried small plates), yakimono (grilled small plates), nigiri (sushi with raw “fish”), classic rolls (Tane’s take on traditional hosomaki and uramaki), their specialty rolls (uramaki style rolls), and if you have room their daily desserts will definitely leave you feeling satisfied.
