Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practice done in savasana (lying down). This practice can induce deep relaxation along with the other numerous benefits of meditation. Often called psychic sleep, the body goes into deep relaxation while the mind remains awake. If you struggle with meditation this can be a great way to begin. Body temperature tends to drop when we relax deeply, please bring something to keep you warm and comfortable. Tara has studied and practiced multiple forms of meditation and has found Yoga Nidra to be incredibly healing.
