Take Care of yourself and your skin. Slowing down for an afternoon of self care is a great way to enter into the second half of the year.

We will begin with a gentle yoga class led by Summer. Then we will gather for a skin drink, lite snack and facial Facial Gua Sha class led by Mashae, of Melt Skin (located upstairs at Yoga Under the Palms Kaka’ako) where we will all learn and take part in Gua Sha Facial Massage. Gua Sha can invigorate blood flow, release heat-toxins, stimulate lymphatic drainage, activate various points of the body, and bring helpful cells to the area by stimulating an immune response.

After our Gua Sha class, lie back for a 90 minute restorative yoga class led by Maka with sound healing led by Summer. During the restorative class, Mashae will offer mini facials to each student from their mat.
