Class Registration
Please create your account on line HERE? Before coming to class.
Pre-registration is not required but recommended for Aerial Yoga Classes, Ride, Flow & Plunge and The Earth (Restorative Yoga) due to limited space. For all other classes, you are welcome to sign in at the front desk. If you are waitlisted for a class, monitor your email for updates. If a spot opens, we will send you an email where you can confirm your spot.
Check-In
Check in for class begins 10-15 minutes before class starts. If you arrive before then, our door may be locked because the previous class is in session. Our front door locks at the start of class and we are unable to interrupt class to let you in if you arrive late. Students that arrive after the class start time may be charged for the class and the no-show fee.
Cancellation Policy
If you pre-register, please be aware of the following cancellation charges:
Yoga / Mat classes: Early Cancel: No charge for canceling your class registration more than 2 hours before the start of class.
Late Cancel: $15 if canceling within 2 hours of the start of class.
No Show: $20 if you do not cancel and do not show up for class.
Ride, Aerial and Specialty class Early Cancel:
No charge for canceling your class registration more than 12 hours before the start of class.
Late Cancel: $15 if canceling within 12 hours of the start of class No Show: $20 if you do not cancel and do not show up for class.
If you believe you may have been charged any of the above fees in error, email frontdesk@yogaunderthepalms.com or stop by the front desk before your next class to have the charge voided.
How to cancel your class registration
We recommend downloading the Yoga Under the Palms App, where it is easy to sign up and cancel classes. Or, navigate to My Account to cancel your reservation.

Creating Your Account & Signing up for your first class
Our booking platform Fitdegree, requires a US phone number in order to create an account. If you do not have a US phone number, email us at frontdesk@yogaunderthepalms.com and we will set you up.
Need a Mat?
We offer premium yoga mat rentals for $2 at our studios. Our shops also have a selection of yoga mats, apparel and gifts for sale.
