Sound healing on our outdoor lanai! Dress comfortably and let the healing vibrations of the gong and other sound healing instruments take you to a deeper level of meditation.
Things to Bring:
-Yoga mat or meditation cushion
-Something warm; regardless of how hot it is, a blanket is necessary
-Journal to write your thoughts/prayers/wishes/intentions (optional)
-Water in a reusable container
