Abigail Slenski
Abigail discovered yoga while traveling in India in 2008 and has been exploring the connection between movement, breath, and well-being ever since. During a 15-year international career working with communities across Africa and the Middle East to strengthen resilience and navigate conflict, yoga became her own space for grounding and healing—especially in finding a path through chronic pain. Now a registered yoga teacher with training in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Aerial, and Restorative Aerial Yoga, Abigail is passionate about creating deeply restorative experiences that help students slow down and reconnect with themselves. Inspired by her Yin Yoga training, her Restorative Aerial classes combine the gentle support of the hammock with long, nourishing holds that cultivate body awareness, ease tension, and calm the nervous system. Whether you're new to aerial yoga or simply looking for a place to unwind, her classes welcome every body.
