Alexandrea Cole Patino
Alexandrea (she/they) was raised between Hawai’i and the Philippines, carrying a perspective shaped by island communities, cultural humility, and diverse ways of knowing and being. Their curiosity for yoga began with its quiet duality: how movement cultivates stillness and reveals the union of mind, body, and heart. What began as curiosity blossomed into a practice of exploring both the world around them and their life within presence, clarity, and vitality. As their practice expanded, aerial yoga offered another dimension, inviting trust, play, and the freedom to embrace the unfamiliar. Inspired to deepen their practice and share it, they pursued yoga and aerial teacher training at Yoga Under the Palms. Alexandrea teaches with intention, warmth, and care, inviting mindful movement, exploration, and self-compassion while honoring every body and every journey. To them, yoga is a lifelong act of equanimity, reciprocity, and connection.
