Angela Maki
Angela Maki has been completely captivated by yoga since she first experienced it in 2004. She loved the calming, peaceful energy that she experienced both physically and spiritually. She realized practicing yoga helped her to build strength and flexibility in both her body and mind. The deeper she dove into her practice the more she began to realize the self awareness and increasing self love that yoga brought to her. Understanding the benefits of yoga and the philosophy encouraged her to become a yoga instructor and she began teaching in 2010. Her goal in every class that she teaches is for students to gain a better understanding of their body and of themselves, while increasing their mental and physical health and deepening their self love.
