About Angela Vernon
Angela Maki has been completely captivated by yoga since she first experienced it in 2004. She loved the calming, peaceful energy she felt both physically and spiritually. She realized practicing yoga helped her to build strength and flexibility in both her body and mind. The more she progressed in her practice the more she began to realize that yoga can heighten your awareness and shine a light on how important it is to deeply love yourself.
Understanding the benefits of yoga and the philosophy encouraged her to become a yoga instructor and started teaching in 2007.
“I believe yoga is one way to create a healthy conscious lifestyle with a balance of mind, body and spirit. My purpose in life is to create more love and connectedness and teaching yoga is one way to do so.”
