Becca Soliwoda
Yoga has always been a safe space for Becca since she began practicing in high school as a way to decompress after busy days with school, friends, sports, and work. It’s continued to be that safe space throughout life’s many transitions, busy-ness, and uncertainties. To Becca, yoga is a place that is always with you, and a reminder that we always have our breath and our body to come back to. Now, as a yoga teacher, Becca cares about sharing that with others. In Becca’s classes, you can expect a safe space to express yourself freely, release what no longer serves you, and explore new creative ways to connect with your breath, strength, and intuition. As an occupational therapist, Becca appreciates the importance of functional movement, brain body connection, muscle engagement, and techniques to help get you feeling good in your body! Becca believes yoga is a beautiful combination of all of these things: the physical, mental, emotional, and all things human.
