About Bennet Durand
Bennet's first experience with Yoga was through his mother. Growing up surrounded by Yoga and mindful living laid a foundation for his later rediscovery of the practice. As a lifelong athlete, he turned to Yoga in college hoping to increase flexibility and improve recovery. Quickly, he found himself completely enamored by the teachings and practice as a guide to self-discovery and a tool for living a deeper, richer, and more intentional life.
Bennet hopes to create a space for people to come as they are. To move, breathe, and tune in to their own truth.
