Brittany Kelly
My passion for keiki yoga, sound healing, and meditation comes from a deep belief that children deserve early exposure to nervous system regulation, emotional awareness, and grounding practices. When keiki learn how to pause, breathe, and listen to their bodies, they build a foundation that supports confidence, resilience, and healthy self-expression as they grow and flourish. My classes gently blend fun, play based movement, breath, guided relaxation, and sound healing to create a calm, playful, and safe environment where children can explore stillness, creativity, and connection in an age-appropriate way. I’m also a registered aesthetic nurse, CPR and First Aid certified, bringing an added layer of care and safety to each class. I’m currently completing my Reiki certification and look forward to expanding my offerings to include adult classes in the future. My intention is for every keiki to leave class feeling grounded, supported, empowered and most importantly HAVE FUN!
