Heather Holm
Born and raised on Maui, Heather has been practicing yoga for almost 20 years. She holds a deep appreciation for yoga because it is both empowering and humbling, challenging and patient. It meets you exactly where you are right now, and it asks only that you show up authentically and openly. Heather was a middle and high school science teacher for 14 years and now dedicates her time to learning, practicing, and teaching from her yoga mat. She is passionate about sharing yoga with others as a way to find balance, clarity, and presence in their lives. In her free time, Heather loves to read, be in nature, eat good food, and spend time with her two kids.
