Jackie Gocobachi
Jackie is a movement instructor teaching both yoga and HIIT. She holds a B.S. in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Science (2020) and completed her 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2022 through Yoga Under the Palms, a blend of education that deeply shapes the way she teaches. Fascinated by biomechanics and intentional alignment, Jackie loves helping students understand why their body moves the way it does so they can feel more confident and at home in themselves. Her classes are high-energy in presence, even when the pace is slow, with a strong focus on breath-to-movement and mindful transitions. Known for her warmth and genuine care for her community, Jackie is also a personal trainer and health coach who enjoys designing sustainable, individualized health lifestyles. She is passionate about creating an inclusive, welcoming space where everyone feels supported and encouraged to grow—both inside and outside the studio.
