I’m a kids yoga teacher who believes that movement and breath are powerful tools for helping children feel safe, confident and connected to themselves. Rooted in the spirit of aloha, my classes blend yoga, mindful breathing and social emotional learning to support kids in understanding their feelings and navigating big emotions in a gentle, age appropriate way. Through playful poses, calming breath work and simple mindfulness practices, I teach practical coping skills they can use both on and off the mat- whether they’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, excited or just need a moment to pause. With an emphasis in kindness, respect and connection, my goal is to help kids build emotional awareness, self regulation and resilience while having fun and feeling supported. Each class ends with a short, mindful meditation, inviting children to slow down, reflect and carry a sense of calm, grounding and aloha with them beyond the mat.
