Kailani Swoish
Kailani Swoish is native Hawaiian fitness instructor born and raised on the windward side of O'ahu. She has been leading yoga, barre, and aerial classes since 2021, and has been a second degree reiki practitioner since 2022. Along with her fiance Hayden Griffith, she co-operates "Practice Asteya", where they teach free accessible yoga at different studios and spaces across the island. Outside of yoga, Kailani is an elementary teacher at Huaka'ilani School for Girls in Kane'ohe. She will soon be moving to Monterey California, and hopes to continue teaching children and yoga there!
