About Kate Tracy
Yoga serves as a space and place for Kate to dive deeper into her truth. She is grateful to her yoga teachers, peers, and fellow practitioners for continuously guiding her through her exploration of mind and body and hopes to provide the same care and support to others.
Kate has a curious mind and a desire to push edges of what's possible to explore the unknown. She aims to offer accessible and intentional sequences that may shift perspectives on what you can be achieve both in body and mind. She hopes students will leave class with a sense of balance, peace, and feeling closer to who they are.
