Kristin blends mindful movement with creative flow to help students reconnect with their bodies and create space in their lives. With a background as a former senior corporate leader and a deep love for living slowly, intentionally, and close to nature in Hawaii, Kristin teaches from a place of presence, curiosity, and compassion. Her classes weave together strength, ease, and mindful awareness—inviting students to tune inward, release what they carry, and rediscover what it feels like to move with clarity and purpose, both on and off the mat.
