Lauren Vanderwest
Lauren began practicing yoga after years of competitive dance and quickly fell in love with the freedom of moving her body without the need to perform. What started as a physical practice grew into a deeper appreciation for yoga as a tool for mindfulness, connection, and self-discovery. She completed her 200-hour training at Yoga Under the Palms, where she deepened her understanding of yoga philosophy and intentional living. Lauren loves guiding dynamic, creative power flows that build strength and confidence, while also creating space to slow down, reconnect, and support the body's natural healing process. She believes yoga is about more than movement—it's about cultivating community, meaningful connection, and a sense of belonging both on and off the mat.
