About Lorena Smith
As a lifelong runner, Lorena started practicing yoga as a form of cross training while attending the University of Washington. She completed her 200 hour vinyasa yoga teacher training in 2016, and shortly thereafter completed a 100 hour Hatha yoga training. Her teaching style focuses on alignment and anatomy. Her classes have a blend strength based postures and deep relaxation.
Outside of yoga, Lorena has had corporate jobs in non-profits, travel, and software companies.
