As a longtime Wild enthusiast turned instructor, Martina brings an energizing, no-rules approach to the mat. Her classes are a space to release, reconnect, and remember that movement is medicine. She has a lifelong background in dance and years of experience as a group fitness instructor in step aerobics, kickboxing, mat pilates and weightlifting. Outside the studio, you can find Martina raising her three spirited girls with her husband, binge-reading, or experimenting in the kitchen. She’s also a functional medicine practitioner who believes that some of the best therapies are a good sweat, loud music, and shaking your ass.
