Nani Kanahele
I’ve been a student of yoga for over a decade, drawn to the way the practice strengthens both the body and the inner landscape. Over the years, my commitment to studying the philosophy, anatomy, and mindful foundations of yoga has continued to deepen and evolve. I completed my 200-hour training with Hawai‘i Yoga Institute and went on to complete my 300-hour training with Jason Crandell, earning my 500-hour certification. As a teacher, I facilitate a space for students to come as they are and connect to the body with mindfulness. I believe that true wellness extends beyond physical health, encompassing mental and emotional well-being. In my classes, you can expect a physical challenge paired with deep mindfulness and connection to the breath.
