Rachel Priest
Since beginning her Yoga Teaching journey in 2013, Rachel explores many modalities and styles of yoga but is most inspired by the natural elements and the principles of tantra and shamanism in her teaching. As a 500hr E-RYT, certified breath work facilitator, TRE Facilitator, and sound healer, her classes and workshops focus on deep connection and cultivation of fully embodied spirit and wisdom to experience bliss in this very life and body. The greatest focus in her classes are in integration to mind and body to take the lessons we learn off the mat into our daily lives. Rachel is a curiosity-led adventurer at heart and has a deep fascination with what the body is capable of, relevant in her hobbies. Rachel is a Freediver, hiker, weightlifter and loves exploring her home of Hawaii with her dog Sydney. When not outdoors, she can be found making ceramics or cooking meals with friends, talk story and listening to music.
