Tara Lavery
Tara first discovered yoga while studying in massage therapy school, where it was introduced as a way to balance the physically and energetically demanding nature of bodywork. Over the years, she has practiced and taught a wide variety of styles—including Aerial, Acro, Meditation, Yoga Nidra, SUP, and traditional forms such as Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin. Today, Tara focuses on using the tools of yoga and meditation to help herself and others relax deeply, feel at ease in their bodies, and cultivate a sustainable movement practice.
