Victoria Williams
Victoria discovered yoga to cope with the stress of her early career as a lawyer. After experiencing the life-changing benefits of the practice in her own life, she was inspired to share the teachings and hold space for others to slow down and connect to the wisdom of the heart. She's now been teaching for over a decade and holds a 500-hr certification from Blissology Yoga. Vic feels lucky to have lived and taught in many different places, including the Pacific Northwest, Mexico, and New Zealand, but she is thrilled to now call Hawaii home. Guided by reverence for nature and community, her classes are both thoughtful and fluid, inviting you to a place of deep presence in body, mind and spirit.
