Cecilia found yoga in 2000 and started teaching in 2004. She embraces yoga and life holistically. To her, yoga is not merely a philosophy and practice, but a science, lifestyle and way of being. She continues her education of the ancient and modern approaches to health and well-being, and weaves this knowledge skillfully into her teachings. Her classes are marked by structural alignment, creative flow, breath and present moment awareness to equally strengthen and ease body and mind. Her aim is to leave her students feeling rejuvenated, grounded, and clear.
