Emma prefers not to call herself a yoga teacher, but rather, a professional space holder. Her hope is to hold space for anyone and everyone work through whatever they’d like, and provide support and guidance along the way either through physical movements, breathing techniques, or intentions/food for thought. Alongside holding classes at Yoga Under the Palms, she also enjoys playing live music every Friday night for a Flow class to end the week with community, and authentic in-the-moment-only vibrations. When she is not holding space or playing music at Yoga Under the Palms, she is a full time Mechanical Engineer and enjoys exploring the fusion of her Western science background with yogic philosophy.
